Q: Where do you get your materials from?

A: We use a variety of wholesalers to make sure we are getting the highest quality products at the lowest prices possible. We work closely with our wholesalers to ensure our products are perfect.

 

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: Unfortunately we only currently ship to the continental US. If you are not currently in the US but are interested in placing an order with us, please email us and we can discuss options to make it work for you! Our shipping costs are based on zip code and are available as follows:

  1. USPS Priority Mail: 1-2 business days

  2. UPS Ground: 5-7 business days

  3. UPS 3 Day Select: 3-5 business days

  4. UPS Next Day Air*: 1 business day

We offer local contact-less delivery to Montana residents in Lewis & Clark County and within a 30 mile radius for a delivery fee.

 

Q: Which products are "handcrafted"?

A: Every single product Let it Be HG offers, is made by hand, by our owner, Emma Lee Caldwell! All candles and wax melts are hand-poured. Our fragrances have all been extensively tested by Emma Lee before production. Our Apothecary Bar products are all mixed, stirred and prepared by hand. Our match bottles are all hand counted and placed into each match bottle with a strike strip/dot placed by hand. All labels were designed by Emma Lee, created, printed and applied by hand. I think you get the point.

Q: What if the coupon card I received with my purchase doesn't work?

A: First of all, we are so sorry to hear that your coupon code isn't working! Web design certainly isn't always error free. If the coupon card you received with a previous purchase isn't working make sure that you aren't trying to use it on an excluded item (see back of card for details) and make sure you're typing the code in correctly (it is case sensitive). If you're still having difficulties, please email or contact us and we will take care of it immediately!

 

Q: Where do you get the labels for your products?

A: We design, print, cut & apply each individual label by hand. The templates & sheet labels that we use for our products come from OnlineLabels.

 

Q: How big are the reed diffusers?

A: Our 6oz classic reed diffusers hold 4oz of filler and measure 4" x 1.5" x 3.5" and come with 8x 7" Rattan reeds. Our 8oz reed diffusers hold 6oz of filler and measure 2.5" x 5" x 2.5" and come with 8x 10" Rattan reeds. Our 14oz reed diffusers hold 12oz of filler and measure 3.25" x 5.75" x 3.25" and come with 8x 10" Rattan reeds.

 

Q: Do you offer discounts?

A: Yes we do! Every order gets a coupon to use on your next purchase. We offer many sales and promotions throughout the year. We also have a recycle program for our containers.

 

Q: Do you sell anywhere in store?

A: Yes! We have a variety of products with a few retailers in Helena, Montana. Check out our retailers page for more information!
